Return-Exchange & Refund policy:
Exchange requests can only be raised within 3 days from the delivery time.
If Customer Receive the Same Product That They Order Then Exchange And Replacement Is Not Possible.
Exchange is only possible in case of a Damaged or Wrong Product, Please note that we don’t accept return or refund requests for any other reason.
If you have received a damaged product please contact us with your order number and received product picture within 12 hours. We will try our Best to Help You, however approving or declining your replacement is completely in our hands based on our investigation i.e, whether the product is defective or not.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
